Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Your Light Purpose. By booking or receiving services from Avelia, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

​

Your Light Purpose offers holistic healing services including but not limited to:

  • Bowen Therapy

  • Thai Yoga Massage Therapy

  • Emotional & Spiritual Healing

  • Energy Cleansing

  • Aura Photography

  • Distant/Remote Healing

2. Not Medical Treatment

​

Important: The services offered are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. These services do not replace the care of licensed medical professionals. If you have a medical condition, please consult with your healthcare provider before booking a session.

Avelia does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical advice.

3. Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent

  • You have disclosed any relevant health conditions, injuries, or concerns

  • You understand that results may vary and are not guaranteed

  • You take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing

4. Booking & Payment​​

​

  • Sessions must be booked in advance via phone, email, or online booking system

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged

  • Accepted payment methods: [cash, e-transfer]

  • Mobile sessions include a travel fee based on distance

  • Prices are subject to change with notice

5. Cancellation Policy​​

​

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be charged 50% of the session fee

  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee

  • Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

6. Session Conduct

​

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time; late arrivals may result in shortened sessions

  • Respectful, appropriate behavior is required at all times

  • Avelia reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone behaving inappropriately

  • For mobile sessions: clients must provide a clean, quiet, safe space with enough room for a massage table or massage chair and for the practitioner to work around it. 

7. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

8. Liability

​

While every effort is made to provide safe, beneficial services, Avelia and Your Light Purpose are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of services. Clients participate at their own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

​

All content on this website, including text, images, and materials provided during sessions, is the property of Your Light Purpose and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

​

Your Light Purpose reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
