General Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our services and the time reserved specifically for you, all sales are final and sessions are non-refundable once completed.
Cancellations

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: Full credit toward a future session or full refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: 50% charge, no refund

No-shows: Full charge, no refund
Prepaid Packages
If you purchase a package of multiple sessions:

Unused sessions may be transferred to another person with notice

Packages are valid for [6 months / 1 year] from date of purchase

No refunds on partially used packages

Full refunds available within [7 days] of purchase if no sessions have been used
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
